Normal, Ill. - Illinois State Soccer brought home a pair of MVC Weekly honors in the same week for the second time this season Monday as Allison Baker earned MVC Offensive Player of the Week and Hillary Griffin was honored as MVC Freshman of the Week. The honors were announced by the league office.
Baker earned MVC Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second time this year. Baker recorded a goal and an assist as she helped Illinois State upset top-ranked Missouri State Sunday to close the season in her final collegiate game.
