ORLANDO, April 22, 2023 – The University of South Florida (27-21, 6-5 ACC) fell to the Central Florida Knights (29-19, 8-3 AAC) in the second game of the series on Saturday, 3-1.
Sophomore (Lithia) scored the lone run of the game for the Bulls in the fifth inning. With the first pitch, she sent the ball over the left-field wall for her second homerun of the season.
In the top of the seventh, South Florida had the game-tying run at the plate but nothing came of it.
UCF scored all three of their runs in bottom of the fourth inning.
